Really liked this wine, quite buttery, vegetable notes - yellow bell pepper, maybe some melon.
Really enjoying the whites we’ve tried from Jonc Blanc. This one uses wild yeasts and contains a little SO2. Young vines. Bio and Demeter certified. 2600 bottles. Very tasty.
Pour le dehors, le dedans, pour l’après, pour l’avant, je dis M comme un emblème !
Un nez profond et floral. Légères notes de dattes. Belle tension et vivacité Une longueur incroyable !
