Beautiful ruby color, sun ripened strawberry/pavement after rain on the nose. Lively on the tongue, with just enough acidity, dark cherry notesw, and a mineral freshness. A delight of a natural wine from L’Etiquette wine shop in Paris. Currently enjoying in my hotel with the balcony doors open to the Paris streets and the cool breeze of a June evening.
