Gerard Bertrand is a very large, very commercial operation with many different wines from many different places. In general, they seem more interested in marketing than in good wine. That's probably why you got these comments: GB is frowned upon in the natural wine scene. It is true that GB has some organic and even biodynamic domaines and the Naturae wine range (there are a lot if different Naturae wines) can indeed be considered to be natural wine - no additives, no sulphur, but GB seems to do this only for commercial reasons, not because they truly believe in the ideas of the natural wine movement. So they will not get much love on Raisin :-)
