If you stay with natural and there is no SO2 added, it can’t be sweet 😉.
I'll take note. I know it's acidic, but sometimes, maybe when it's not natural wine, it's too sweet, or fruity, for me.
It’s not sweet ... wild nose, lovely acidity, nice creamy lees texture, tight and juicy 👌🏽 If you like acidity, don’t be careful with Riesling 😉.
How's it? I was curious when I saw it, but I'm always careful with Riesling, sometimes it's too sweet-ish for me.
