Nose : yellow citrus and grapefruit (more likely a pink one ) Palate : clean, grapefruit, citrus and a light orange touch. Medium body for this one which is interesting and enjoyable. Acidity is just enough, not too high. Great as an aperitif to start your palate, refreshing for summer time and pretty good option for sushi/sashimi.
