Light red from Spain Red berries jam , strawberry and raspberry, animalistic and chemical notes Palate nice balanced between acidity and sweetness

Still a bit harsh. I wonder how it’d be in 5 years time.
An absolute favorite of mine. 15 days maceration, 30 months in oak and around the same in bottle before it's released. Ripe red fruit, super juicy and medium acidity, medium to high body, small bubbles. Amazing.
