blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fermented for 10-13 days and matured in steel tanks for a few months. Deep ruby red color with purple highlights. Red fruits, plums and herbal hints. the mouth is lean with high drinkability, a bit rustic with a good acidity. Persistent final with earthy hints.
Beautiful color, medium body, dry lingering finish, slight funk. Great wine!

Dry, low residual sugar. 14% alc. good wine but the alcohol shows through just a little bit too much on its own, good with food. Nice weight of fruit and good acidity.
Wild, fruity and floral nose, cherry juice, wild apples, licorice, violet, eucalyptus and animalistic notes Rounded palate, soft tannins, medium acidity and herbal finish
