I was lucky enough to taste the last sip (5ml?) from a bottle Rémy had shared with his grape pickers 340g residual sugar. Beautifully balanced. He is retiring in 2 years (2025), so get this and any of his other wines while you can. No point in trying to phone (he doesn’t have one) Look out for him at any local markets if he’s around
