A little carbonic and earthy more tannin than the one I had last year? Don’t like it chilled in September but here I am! A nearly perfect red. Comparable to my other favoeite Le Picatier- Gamentis My type!

Fly away ... but you will always remain in our imagination ...... With my voice ... I'm calling you ..... HOMMAGE A Robert 2017 Le Raisin et l'Ange by Antonin Azzoni @leraisinetlange Cote Du Rhone. Blended of Merlot, Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon Sirah and Grenache. Whole cluster carbonic maceration for 11 days, aged in stainless steel, no SO2, no temperature control, spontaneous fermentation of a wild berry juice, vesciole, carob, plum, wet bark, moist, fresh and mentholated earth, free-range tannin , peppery finish, funkeggia and dance around a light volatile and CO2. Antonin accompanies the grapes without transforming them, channeling them into a clean, transparent and legitimate path, with many risks of course, but with the awareness, the ability, the serenity of having done everything that allows the grape to be NATURAL and TRANSPARENT . C’est excellent ! Je suis complètement fan de ce vin, comme beaucoup d’autres du Raisin et l’Ange... C’est sauvage et complexe, on prend plaisir à déguster et à comprendre... Et une fois compris, alors là c’est la révélation ! Des fruits et de la fraîcheur, facile à boire, gourmand avec haut taux de buvabilité ! Rien d’autre a dire si ce n’est, découvrez par vous même ! Un grand bonheur...
