Blended of Merlot, Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon Sirah and Grenache. Whole cluster carbonic maceration for 11 days, aged in stainless steel, no SO2, no temperature control, spontaneous fermentation of a wild berry juice, vesciole, carob, plum, wet bark, moist, fresh and mentholated earth, free-range tannin , peppery finish, funkeggia and dance around a light volatile and CO2. Antonin accompanies the grapes without transforming them, channeling them into a clean, transparent and legitimate path, with many risks of course, but with the awareness, the ability, the serenity of having done everything that allows the grape to be NATURAL and TRANSPARENT .
