Fantastique vin de chez Bain qui dénote pour un sauvignon. Des notes de pommes, de miel, de cire d'abeille. Beaux amers minéraux. Salivant. Topissime
An expression of Sauvignon Blanc that I didn't remember from Alexandre's wines ! A magnetic tropical fruit basket nose with mango and passion fruit, ripe and bright, clear and aerial with a round texture, soft acidity but no heaviness. Feels like summer in winter ! A very good addition to his more complex, intense and quite powerful cuvées like "Pierre Précieuse", "L d'Ange" or "Champs Couturiers" and a great entry gate to Alexandre Bain wine's world !
Individual and elegant Green grass , apple , citrus , pastille , easty notes Palate light and elegant with sweet feeling , small bitterness and long aftertaste
