Cépage savagnin, excellent. Grande fraîcheur, très bonne tension et équilibre. Très bonne ampleur. Arômes frais et tendus. Ne convient pas en apéro, convient parfaitement en repas avec des poissons. Bon mariage avec les fromages.

Apple and some salt
No words to explain this wine . Pure petillant pleasure
Dry and crisp, with a hint of vineyard peaches and bitter almonds. Was a great idea not to degorge it.
