I recently drank this and after leaving half the bottle for two days it lost some weight and showed some delicious peppery Pineau fruit!!

Ca glisse tout seul effectivement d'une redoutable efficacité. Pas de macération carbonique mais belle gourmandise très peu de sulfites aucune excuse pour ne pas en abuser...
Pineau d'aunis fin et élégant. Un jolis canon d'été frais et facile !

Well, the first night I was a bit disappointed, the wine was somewhat unfocused, not very expressive of the peppery Pineau quality which I love. Good thing it was a liter, I saved half the bottle in my fridge. Two days later, wow, a delicious evolution. The wine was more focused and precise with lovely peppery Pineau flavors. Very good stuff!!
