Beautiful wine , more like Burgundy crus . A lot of sunflower, nuts , butter , and so silky on palate . One more time I’m in love with Rousillon wine

Reductive nose, apple juice, sunflower ceed’s, honey, chemical notes, delicate oaky notes Intense and drinkable palate, medium to high acidity and long aftertaste. Less oaky when usual.
