It is a red but really light color almost Rosè. Intense and aromatic. Green plum and white ribes at nose. Importan acidity and low alcohol make it so easy to drink. One of the most original Wine I drunk. Perfect with fish.
Maceration in amphora gives complexity to this delicious light red wine. It's dry, slightly acid with a hint of salt from the islands salty, volcanic growing conditions. A wonderful canteen for a tasting with the kind owner and wine maker Antonio.
