A kind of old fashion Bourgogne, no oak barrel taste, a bright and elegant nose on dark cherries, smashed raspberries, a bit of smoke, fur and fresh grass. The palate is concentrated, velvety, with a lot of juicy fruit, a slight acidity and again a delightful herbal freshness. Just how I love my Pinot Noir !
