From different expressions of Ribolla Gialla to rare Pignolo, exceptional library vintages, and wines no longer available on the market, the selection reflects decades of dedication, patience, and an unwavering commitment to his philosophy. Some of these bottles may never be experienced again.
For the occasion, the Hiša Franko kitchen will create a tasting menu in dialogue with Gravner's wines, exploring their depth, complexity, and character. Every course will be accompanied exclusively by wines from his cellar, including rare vintages available by the glass only at Hiša Franko.
