Gravner × Hiša Franko 2026
An Exclusive Wine Dinner | 18 November 2026
Joško Gravner has been part of the Hiša Franko story for decades. A visionary winemaker, a dear friend, and a man whose uncompromising philosophy has influenced generations of winemakers around the world.
This special evening is dedicated to his extraordinary cellar, featuring a rare selection of wines that seldom leave it. From different expressions of Ribolla Gialla to rare Pignolo, exceptional library vintages, and wines no longer available on the market, the selection reflects decades of dedication, patience, and an unwavering commitment to his philosophy. Some of these bottles may never be experienced again.
For the occasion, the Hiša Franko kitchen will create a tasting menu in dialogue with Gravner's wines, exploring their depth, complexity, and character. Every course will be accompanied exclusively by wines from his cellar, including rare vintages available by the glass only at Hiša Franko.
An evening celebrating a longstanding friendship, a remarkable life's work, and the privilege of opening bottles that have spent decades waiting for their moment.
