Eduardo Muñoz · Chapi Wines
Oui: We're looking for a few curious and enthusiastic people to join us for this year's harvest. Chapi Wines is a small natural wine project with a zero zero and artistic approach, inspired by the ancient winemaking traditions of Georgia. Our winery is based in a converted garage in the village of Chapinería, where we work with locally made clay amphorae and a philosophy of minimal intervention. During the harvest, you'll experience many different aspects of the work, from picking grapes in the vineyards to helping with the winemaking process in the cellar. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside several winemakers across Sierra de Gredos, giving you a unique chance to discover one of Spain's most exciting wine regions and its diverse landscapes, vineyards, and approaches to natural wine. Our home base is Chapinería, a small village with easy public transport connections to Madrid, offering the perfect balance between rural life and access to the city. If you're interested in natural wine, enjoy working outdoors, and want to experience harvest season while meeting passionate growers and makers, we'd love to hear from you.
