The heart of natural wine beats at the Athens Conservatoire!

On Sunday, November 2nd, the Athens Conservatoire opens its doors to a celebration where nature, creativity, and wine come together as one. For an entire day, more than 50 producers from Greece and abroad will welcome you with over 300 wines that speak the language of their land.

From Thrace to Crete and from Ikaria to the Peloponnese, winemakers from every corner of Greece bring their wines to the heart of Athens, showcasing the diversity, depth, and uniqueness of Greek natural wine. Among them will be guest winemakers from Serbia, France, Hungary, and beyond.

On November 2nd, we celebrate once again the independent producers - their dedication, their respect for nature, and above all, their characterful wines that embody their personalities and the diverse terroirs of Greece.

Natural wine is not a trend, it’s a way of life. It means respect for the environment, honesty in the glass, and deep connections to the land. At FYSIKA FYSIKA, we reuse our equipment, completely avoid single-use plastics, and give a second life to glass bottles, corks, cigarette butts, and organic materials through recycling and composting.
