We make organic, radically natural ("zero-zero") wine that connects nature and community. Our vineyard is located within a 300-year-old smallholding in the Chiltern Hills – Newbarn Farm – which is now Soil Association certified organic. We are restoring the farm ecosystem from the soil up using a combination of organic, biodynamic and regenerative practices such as no-till, animal rotations, and a wildlife restoration programme. In our winery, we use only traditional techniques and add nothing to our organic fruit from harvest to bottle.
