Mar 2025one of these locations, where natural wine and excellent, product-orientated cuisine come together and form a dreamlike liaison. the chef is a magician. he's brave, because he combines flavours in a great and unusual way. lively, vibrant atmosphere, nice wine list, a wonderful menu with a creative, product-focussed twist, nicely balanced between vegetarian and conventional cuisine. the smoked burrata on beluga lentils was terrific
