Fév 2025Arrêtez vous là pour l'accueil super sympa du couple "Django", les delicieux plats proposés comme les gnocchis et le risotto à la façon japonaise et évidemment la découverte de les vins natures japonais. Merci raisin pour cette adresse.
Aoû 2019Wow! Django is really an awesome place! Held by a super friendly and welcoming couple, it’s a pleasure to spend the evening there. Everything is made by them, with a definite attention to detail. The food is excellent and easy to share while having a glass. It’s european-style wine bar food, but with a Japanese twist. Their shoyu ramen, based on a katsuobushi stock, is packed with umami. The natural wine selection is great. Some Japanese bottles from small natural producers, and a lot of big names from Europe (Cornelissen, Cavarodes, Bornard...) A must go if in Nagano!
