Aoû 2019Cute little bistro in Matsumoto held by a chef + sommelier. Homemade pickles and pâtés, great charcuterie plate, delicious main meals. In this case we had magret de canard and steak frites with local vegetables. It’s at a Parisian level. The wine list and the wines by the glass are an excellent selection of natural wines, on par with what you find in bigger cities.
