Servi frais, c'est le partage dun belge en Sicile au pied de l'Etna. On sent la fumée du volcan qui nous enchante...
Very alive. Red currant jam on the palate with all sorts of animalic forrest herbal notes on the nose. Two guests claimed to not enjoy wine, but after trying this have completely changed their minds <|:-)
Lively & wild, ripe cherry & candied cherry, minerals and flowers. Dry and juicy, salty, smoky minerality. Bright tart acidity, long earthy finish - no doubt this is a volcanic wine.
Notes of cocoa, tart raspberry, and ash on the nose. Tastes like tart bing cherries and volcanic essence. Raw but complex with a slight effervescence on the finish.

Trop funky, beaucoup de gaz, aurait nĂ©cessitĂ© un bon passage en carafe. Pas accrochĂ© en lâĂ©tat mais on sent le potentiel sous jacent, probablement dĂ©gustĂ© trop vite. Un poil déçu donc

Contadino di nome e di fatto. Naso molto animale, in bocca equilibratamente feccioso ma ha un'ottima speziatura.

Very fresh! Full of red fruits... too easy to drink... maybe a bottle is too small!
7.1 / zero / $30 / I'm not a huge fan of this vintage. A couple years ago this wine was one of the ones that made me fall in love with natural wine. I got a few bottles of this vintage, so I'll try more, because I know there is some bottle variation... this bottle is unbalanced. It's a little hollow. I might need to be drinking this closer to room temp.... this June in Texas, so I pulled it out of fridge and didn't quite let it come to temp.... ok, enough excuses. This has been a better wine in previous years. I like other stuff more....

Slurpy. Not very complex. Just muddy, tangy, fruity fun. Red cherry, red apple, ripe stone fruit. This bottle was a little duller than previous bottles Iâve tried. The wine held up though, no negative funk. Not worth the hype premium but still nice to drink on ice with red pasta.
Walk along a dirt road during summer time in the mountains. Early morning freshness, dew is here, the sun is beaming very low. It is not hot but not warm either. Eat a grapefruit while smelling a ton of flowers along your way. Get high on life.
This is so good! A light and fresh sicilian wine, with some complexity. A vulcano wine highly drinkable. Perfect on pasta and italian cheese.
