Bar Caviste

Le vigne sono situate negli impervi territori del Collio, a due passi dai confini con la Slovenia e precisamente a San Floriano del Collio. Queste vigne, di oltre 60 anni di età, affondano le loro radici sulla così detta Ponka, che è il tipico terreno del Carso composto principalmente da marne e sedimenti marini. Tutti i vigneti poggiano su terreni ricchi di argilla e sono allevati secondo pratiche biologiche. Fermentazione alcolica spontanea e macerazione di 10 giorni sulle bucce, senza che il liquido subisca chiarifiche o filtrazioni. Affinamento di un anno in botti di rovere e un anno in vasche d'acciaio prima della messa in bottiglia.
