Sivi is a complex and multifaceted orange wine. After maceration, in oak vats, for about two weeks, the wine is left to rest for 18 months in cask before bottling. The orange-pink color heralds the complexity of the bouquet: spices, orange peel and ripe peach. On the palate it is fresh, full and balanced: an elegant, never intrusive tannin. Long and persistent finish.

Color of a light red. Salty, mineral, and full of red berry fruit. Maybe the most forward Radikon wine I've tasted.
