Lovely bouquet of prunes and dark chocolate with roses at the end. The bouquet is somewhat mirrored in the pallete, which is fruity like jam, hints of clay and minerals, well balanced (not too heavy, not too light). A tad spicy too and slightly effervescent. Went perfectly with the pasta gratin, as well as while cooking it 😉 Delicious!
Super par simplicité: fruité, belle acidité, longueur, final épicé ...11 degrés, superbe pour une soirée d'été!
