Red and dark fruits, thyme, pepper and spices, dark chocolate, prunes... leave it for 10 mins and opens up to an amazing bouquet of aromas! Amazing juice and long aftertaste very close to the aromas on the nose! This is my entry wine to “natural wines” and damn, its a whole new world that I want to explore so so badly!!! Salut!
