Best way to describe it is: a mineral electronic band playing in your mouth, while you are licking a penny. It is extremely subtle with notes of fruit I cannot name, but also a satin blanket is being laid on your tongue. If you get a chance to drink this don’t pass it up. Totally worth the price and the experience :^)
酒色橘，帶琥珀色，有一些懸浮物。聞香的印象很鮮活，有著一些潮濕泥土，帶著雨後的潮濕感，甚至，對我而言還有一些台灣大腸麵線的氣味，與一些熟悉的蒜頭香。喝起來有著鮮榨葡萄柚汁的感覺，帶微氧化感，還有啤酒般的發酵風味。酸度鮮活、易飲。

Vin de macération aux notes tropicales, de pomme à cidre presque, très équilibré. Sec et fruité. Beaucoup de caractère, une attaque forte et assez alcoolisée. Pur et très gourmand. Vinifié sans intrant et sans soufre ajouté à Montpeyroux (Hérault) Un fort potentiel de garde... mais on a tout bu avec les bons fromages de la région et de saison : rocamadour, tomme des Pyrénées, laguiole... accord parfait !
