This is a atypique vin from Bordeaux. Two hybrid grapes. Very aromatic on citrus note with minerals and acidity. Nice with cheese!
This is a very interesting and small production wine. Only 2000 bottles being made. Came and discover this petite cuvée by Domaine de trebuchet.
This is a medium bodied wine with red fruits bristling aromas of cherry, strawberry 🍓 and red currants. Oak aged and very well balanced with a nice and long finish.
Umami… Fruits,Floral,spicy, earthy and minerals. Depending on the perception.
