Plein de vie, gorgé de fruits, éclatant.
A little spritz, raw rustic aromas. Good fruit concentration and tannins. Nice fresh acidity. This wine will age. Although alc. is only 12% , it feels a little warm in the throat. So could be nice served a little chilled.
Nice, clear CF with cement aging. Fruity nose, just like cherry juice, light earthy element is also pretty typical for Chinon wines. Well balanced, rounded palate with silky texture, juicy acidity and soft tannins.
