Amazing Pinot from amazing Claus ) Much more interesting then most part of Burgundy) Clear and straight
Cherry red colour, ocher reflections, broad brightening of the edges. Fine cherry fruit, lots of minerals, strawberry jam, herbal seasoning, candied orange zest. Juicy, red berries, florals, pleasant extract sweetness, salty minerality, delicate and light-footed, great drinking pleasure with a super nice acidity. Experience! Merci @marlouwinebar
