Beautiful Riesling, getting better and better, ripe yellow plum with chalky notes, salinity and acidity along a generous texture. High potential for the years to come !
Golden color. Clear. In the beginning is citrusy and a kind of briny, capers. Then, vanilla, salty butter and hints of bread crust. On palate. Very sapid, more than fresh even if just a bit. Better in 3/5 years. Codfish with peanuts and cream mousse.
Attaque droite et vive, le vin s’ouvre puis prends du volume et révèle une complexité incroyable. Long en bouche Une petite bombe
Grosse tension ! Mineralité ! Avec des notes empyreumatiques de pain grillé , brioche toasté ! Citron jaune et salinité ! Grand vin ! Bravo
