I really love Mathilde and Florian’s wines! They are so alive! And I love their wine-philosophy. In the nose, there is citrus, peaches, also burnt nuts, and butter. I could imagine a sour candy could smell like this. In the mouth, there are different citrus fruits, such as grape fruit and mandarins. Very alive acidity and subtle bitterness. This is superb and shows what alive Alsatian wine can taste like.
