this white wine which is les Ecrins of domaine de la borde from jura has very unique characteristic. it smells like fresh walnut and toasted almond and has very very long finish with a perfect acidity. it seems like vin jaune because of well-aged. it fermented without sulphites and only with indigenous yests. I drank this wine with sushi tonight. It goes well with sushi:)
Clamorosamente territoriale nonostante il flor, teso e roccioso, profumato, grasso, concentrato e freschisssimo, bottiglia svuotata in un attimo.
