Beautiful colour. Sweet plums, tea, violets, ginger, cardamom and anise.
Still not a legendary ? Why ? Amazing wine. So balanced , so many notes in palate , so long finish .
Couleur improbable. En bouche, de la grenadine. Fruité et désaltérant. Vive le ploussard!...
Crunchy, light Ploussard. Savory notes and slight strawberry coming though. Fun to drink.
One of the most extraordinary wines I had tried this year, so soft in colour, almost orange, but the ripe tannins and good body!
