Some spark, fruity with hints of pomegranade! 🍇: Negroamaro 🌳: 15 year old vines. 80 hectares (whole vinyard) 🏔: Kimmeridgian Limestone 🗺: Arpicena - Puglia. Alt: 150-200m. 🌦: Lush forest (rainfall) & Salty breeze from the Adriatic Sea. Harvest: August/September (manual). Fermentation: Traditional/Natural.
