I guess you can’t *technically* classify it as wine with such a low ABV (hangover free!) but a delight nonetheless. This bottle of bubbles was born out of a happy accident when artist / chef Julia Sherman found her homemade verjus had accidentally fermented—it was so good she partnered up with Martha to do it again on purpose. It’s playful and floral with crunchy fruity notes and dainty bubbles. Great on its own or in a cocktail;)
