Claviento - made with Garnacha blanca with close to zero intervention, this young natural wine, of a medium amber colour, has a truly wild streak. It jumps off the tongue in an act of post fermentation, with the lively acidity of ripe citrus fruits drenched in Mediterranean sunshine. There are hints of marzipan and a touch of Angostura bitterness which leaves the palate clean and ready for another sip.
