An ecological, ancestral, Cartoixà sparkling wine. Made with grapes from the same vineyards that our grandparents grew, using the same winemaking method. We go back to our roots to find an elegant and complex aroma, showing fresh notes of lime and stone fruit, dry Mediterranean herbs and white flowers.

Before finishing fermentation, it is bottled in cava-type bottles and corked. In the bottle, the fermentation will finish making the distinctive foam of the ancestral method.
