Who needs Champagne? Noone when there is this wonderful Blanc de Blanc from Clos Lentiscus: brilliant yellow, reduced nose orange and lime cests some raisins, wonderful incorporated sparkels salt caramel, orange and apple juice and it produces pure joy
This is a bombastic great Cava with well balanced fruits, acidity and a wonderful color. This is just great stuff with a the nose of a spring grass field, salty and mineralic till the fruits kick in! Chapeau!
