Short macerated Burja Bela, an eternal classic - is the flagship wine of the Lavrenčić family. Primož and Matea set the bar high for all the young winemakers of Vipava - they are recognized worldwide, they create new trends that, above all, nurture tradition. After spontaneous fermentation and a short maceration, the wine is aged for a year, partly in concrete eggs and partly in large wooden barrels. It is decorated with a medium-full body, pronounced but elegant acidity and minerality. The aromas are reminiscent of white flowers, honey blossom and stone fruits.
