Malvazija was macerated for 15 days, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio for 5-6 days. Fermented on the skins with indigenous yeasts. Aged at least for two years in big wooden barrels. Orange wine at its best!

From Istria. Quite lovely, with a distinctive personality, and excellent weight and balance. From a 'less good' vintage, i.e., less ripe, so it has good acidity and only 13,5% alcohol ('better' vintages have less acidity and 14,5%).
