Intense yellow, slightly hazy with dried hay, huneysuckle, clove, 🧈 butter, 🍋 lemon in the nose. Savoury, mineral/salty, gently spicy and nutty white wine with dense and profound taste.

Slightly cloudy, yeasty, smoky. Cumin, yeast bread, lemon, dried herbs on the nose. Mineral, salty, long-lasting taste. Grape: Frühroter Veltliner; 5800 plants/ha, 3000 liter/ha Harvest by hand, destemmed and crushed, fermeted with skins and native yeasts for two weeks in vats, not fined, not filtered, matured in stainless steel tanks. Beautiful, pure aromatics of black cherry, violet, peony, liquorice, touch of leather. Aged for 2 years in oak vats and 2 years in bottle. Organic, natural vinification, low sulphure.
