Grape: Frühroter Veltliner; 5800 plants/ha, 3000 liter/ha Harvest by hand, destemmed and crushed, fermeted with skins and native yeasts for two weeks in vats, not fined, not filtered, matured in stainless steel tanks. Elegant, vivid, intense red from the Balcan native, late ripening Vranac, Procupac and Zacinjak grapes together with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay. Beautiful, pure aromatics of black cherry, violet, peony, liquorice, touch of leather. Aged for 2 years in oak vats and 2 years in bottle. Organic, natural vinification, low sulphure.
