Biodynamic wine from Neusiedlersee, Austria. The grapes are stomped by foot and fermented in open vats. 10 days of skin contact, then aged in 400 liter oak barrels. Great character, right acidity.
Acidic, cider like wine with strong citrus notes. 10 days of skin contact give it a nice hazy color.
