Organic natural Franconia Sylvaner. Apple, pear, dried, fresh and cooked, cinnamon and cardamom, freshly grated carrots and beets. Good acidity and med body, light browned apple oxi note on the aftertaste.
What a refreshing wine. Slighty oxidated funky notes, chalky mouthfeel and wonderful citrusy light body. This wine is made for everyday.
Amaze-balls! A bit of dried pineapple on the nose with minerality and acid on the back of the tongue when first opened. Some elderberry and camomile after a few minutes . Wish I didn’t have to travel to Frankfurt to get more.
