Dark and intense red with cherry marmalade, black olive, green paprika, bitter roots notes that turns very smoky after a bit of oxygen ! Almost no tanins on the palate and a bit of gaz at opening, it's velvety but much more powerful and strong than expected while staying easy-going thanks to a bright acidity and some bitterness ! A kind of funky-serious wine as strange as it sounds..! Don't stand the oxygen very well and it's better to drink it quickly, but it's not a big deal !
