Orange wine. Fermented spontaneously, 3 weeks of skin contact, 10 months barrel aging. Unfined, unfiltered. No added sulphur. Pleasant and satisfying!
Warm aromas of yellow fruit. Firm structure of fine tannins. Nice acidity, length and complexity. Integrated, balanced, animating.
