Hummel Pincészet - Weingut Hummel - Horst Hummel

Hummel Winery Villány, Hungary was founded by Horst Hummel in 1998. The estate owns 7,5 ha vineyards and rents about 1,5 ha. The whole surface is certified organic or in conversion (0,5 ha). In 2016 we started to use biodynamic preparations. Since 2020 the estate is managed according to Natural Synergetic Winegrowing, NSW by Horst Hummel https://www.weingut-hummel.com/en/translate-to-englisch-natuerlich-synergetischer-weinbau-nsw . This method uses no matter in the vineyards nor in the cellar. It uses the dimension of information as part of reality by applying Kinesiology for plant protection and wine treatment. Al grapes get hand harvested. The fermentation of all wines is spontaneous. The wines get bottled unfined, unfiltered without adding sulphur, except dynamized (homeopathic) sulphur C41.
